What products are offered in final sales?
Final sale items include a wide variety of products offered by TikTok Shop sellers, such as clearance merchandise, limited remaining stock, end-of-season styles, one-of-a-kind items, and unworn, unwashed, or unused returns. These items are often available at significant discounts at the seller’s discretion.
What does final sale mean?
If the product details page indicates Final Sale, the item is not eligible for return or replacement after purchase. However, if your item arrives with an unexpected issue, we’re here to help and will provide support as needed.
What do I do if I need support?
- Reach out to the seller and request their assistance in making it right. Sellers have up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to review any communications or requests.
- If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller, reach out to our customer support team in the Help Center and let them know the issue with the product or your order. Please provide photos and a detailed description.
- We'll do everything we can to make sure you're satisfied with your order.
