How do I return an item?

Step 1


Start your return by visiting your profile page and tapping Your orders.



Step 2


Select orders at the top right of the order center then select the order you would like to return.


Step 3


Select the item you want to return and tap on Request return or refund.


Step 4


Select the return reason and how you'd like to send your item back. You have the option to drop off using a QR code or prepaid shipping label with one of our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Walgreens), or arranging your own shipping method (if available). You also have the option to self-arrange your return.


Step 5


Send your item back within the return timeframe and we'll process your refund within five days after the seller receives your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, which usually takes 3-10 business days to show in your account. Once your refund is processed, you'll receive an update and be able to view it in the refund details section of the Orders page.
